Travel Arrangements
The conference will take place in the resort town of Ashland, Oregon, on the West Coast of the USA.
Ashland is a small, historic town in the Rogue River Valley, at the intersection of the Siskiyou and Cascade mountain ranges. Originally a healing center for Native Americans, the city was named in 2008 as one of the Top 10 Geotourism Sites in the World by National Geographic Magazine, and still enjoys a considerable reputation as a haven for healthy living and integrative medicine. Ashland is well-known for its mountain biking, skiing, and fishing, as well as spas, art galleries, gourmet restaurants, and the famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival, which is the largest repertoire theater group in the United States.
Conference gatherings will be held primarily at the Ashland Springs Hotel. Conference attendees will need to find accommodations at nearby hotels, several of which are only one or two blocks away, because the Ashland Springs is extremely popular and largely booked up already. Ashland also offers dozens of wonderful Bed & Breakfast Inns, many of which are also just a few blocks away.
